Due to generous support from our sponsors, ICPE 2019 is happy to announce availability of funds for grants that can help defray your conference registration, domestic travel and accommodation expenses.

Registration Deadline after Grant Notification: Within 2 working days this form

• Is applicant a student

• If student - whether doing PhD, working in related field, etc

• Is applicant an academic

• Gender of applicant, disability status, etc

• Financial need, availability of other grant funds

• Whether you have a paper/poster/demo at ICPE 2019 or related workshop

• Your field of research/professional work

• Academic/professional merit

• Other conferences you have attended

Documents to bring onsite if selected

If selected for a travel grant, you will have to bring the following with you to the conference in order to get the reimbursement:

1. Printout of the grant notification email from ICPE 2019.

2. Bonafide certificate from your current institution of study (if student)

3. Government issued photo ID card (original)

4. Copy of current university/ company photo ID

5. Your travel ticket/ boarding pass and related receipt showing the expense

6. Receipts of any other expenses you made for the conference trip

Documents to collect/retain from the conference

1. Your conference badge

2. Receipts of accommodation expenses (if any)

3. Receipts of any other expenses incurred during the conference.
